Inpatient Survey Results

ISD and the Scottish Government previously identified errors in the hospital reports for the 2010 and 2011 Scottish Inpatient Patient Experience Surveys.  Only 2 of the 58 questions are affected :

• Q.13 “Overall, how would you rate the hospital environment?” and
• Q.25a “I was treated with respect”.

ISD have now published revised copies of the reports on the Better Together website.  We apologise for these errors and any inconvenience caused.
